The company has carried out a project at its plant, the expenditure of which has been reported for the purpose of using the resources of the National Operational Program Enterprise and Competitiveness 2014 – 2020 – AXIS VI – Promoting overcoming the effects of the crisis in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and its social consequences and preparing for a green, digital and resilient recovery of the economy (so-called React-EU Axis) under the DM October 30, 2019.
The investment program involved the implementation of the dairy production line with the purchase of: 01. Metal detector with conveyor 60 – 02. Vertical packaging machine mod. Zenith Superinox – 03. Heat sealing machine for food packaging – 04. Vertical packaging machine mod. Zenith EW Superinox with 2-track automatic weighing machine; – 05. Moulding Machine Head Prerolling Diameter – 06. Inspection system for packaged dairy products- 07. BDInterchange – Interconnection and big data analysis software. – N.1 Metal detector with conveyor for small and medium-sized bulk products and packages.
The assets covered by the investment program will enable the company to respond to the increase in demand and will result in an improvement in the quality of production processes for mozzarella generation and subsequent packaging in trays for transporting the product to the consumer.
The program is “Funded as part of the Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
